Weekend-long access

Friday through Sunday. Set up, decorate, and rehearse on your own clock. Rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, farewell — on one farm.

The packing house

Vaulted ceilings, natural light, windowed garage doors that open to an indoor–outdoor room. Up to 250 guests including the wedding party. Heat, air, ceiling fans. Indoor bar with a service window onto the porch. BYOB. Prep kitchen. Tables and chairs included. Ample parking and a front drop-off.

Indoors, covered porch (~200), or lawn. 240 ceremony chairs available (rental required for on-site ceremonies).

About 104 in the north section, 184 in the south. Factor DJ, dance floor, and catering tables.

2027 base
$10,500 for the full weekend: $6,000 venue access + $4,500 lodging for 20+ in the four bins (~$180 per person). Plus refundable damage deposit, event insurance, and Ohio tax.

What you hire separately

Event planner or day-of coordinator, caterer or food truck, certified insured bartenders, DJ, photographer, florist, hair and makeup. A venue director is coming — operations only, not bridal assistance.
