Where is it, and how far from Cleveland or Toledo?
12211 Berlin Road, Berlin Heights. Minutes from Lake Erie, close to Kelleys Island, Put-in-Bay, and Cedar Point. About an hour west of Cleveland, an hour east of Toledo, under two hours north of Columbus.
On-site lodging?
Yes — four grain bins (Ella, Karin, Taylor, and the Big Bin) sleep 20+ with heat, air, kitchen, bath, TV, and Wi-Fi. Two RV sites with water, electric, and septic.
Capacity?
Up to 250 guests including the wedding party.
Weekend or one day?
Weekend-long access. Friday through Sunday.
BYOB?
Yes. Indoor bar with a window onto the covered porch. Certified, insured bartenders required if you serve alcohol.
Catering?
Bring your own caterer. Large prep kitchen on site.
2027 base price?
$10,500 for the full weekend: $6,000 venue access Friday–Sunday and $4,500 lodging for 20+. Plus refundable damage deposit, event insurance, and Ohio sales and lodging tax.
Bridal suite?
Bridal Barn with five salon stations, dress display, lounge, full bath, kitchen, and loft overnight.
How far ahead?
Peak late spring through fall can book a year or more out. Email or call to tour.
Pets?
Yes, for a small fee, ceremony only, on a leash. Clean up immediately.
Smoking?
Designated area only.
