Berlin Heights · Lake Erie · Est. land 1893

A weekend on the farm — not a Saturday in a hall.

Rachel and Walt Wlodarsky restored a historic fruit farm so rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and 20+ overnight guests happen on one piece of land. Friday through Sunday. Minutes from Lake Erie.

They booked the weekend — not a four-hour window.

First wedding on the land

“My experience so far with Rachel and Walt has been nothing short of exceptional. We took a risk booking this venue for our wedding while it was still in the construction phase, and I continue to be amazed by how much the progress has exceeded our expectations. We are absolutely honored to be the first wedding hosted at this venue.”
Courtney T. and Trevor B.

The look of the place

“Getting married at this venue is everything we could have imagined aesthetically. The owners are turning something they clearly cherish into something truly stunning, with so much history behind it. They’ve been great to work with, and their recommendations and suggestions have been incredibly helpful!”
Vanessa V. and Nathan E.

How they communicate

“We have had a fantastic experience with the Farm 1893 so far. From our very first inquiry Rachel demonstrated incredible communication and professionalism. Every question we had was answered promptly, and they made us feel heard and supported throughout the entire venue planning process.”
Alex B.

The whole weekend

“Wonderful owners! So great to work with! Rachel and Walt truly value the meaning of making your wedding experience one of the best weekends of your life. Not just one day, but an entire weekend! Would highly recommend.”

The orchard was the family. The venue is the next chapter.

Walt grew up on this land. The apple business went quiet. In December 2019 they bought it back from the family and rebuilt it as a place for weekends — not a warehouse of folding chairs.

Woman-owned. Small team. They answer the inquiry themselves.
